At Will Harris Photography we take your privacy very seriously, We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations and inline with the latest General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) that came into effect on May 25th 2018. The information we collect is solely used for processing your order and data tracking.

How do we use the information we collect?

It is solely used for the processing of your order. It is NEVER passed on, sold or traded to any third party of any kind. We do NOT store credit card information. All online payments are processed via paypal to ensure complete security. We never get to see any credit, debit card or any other payment information details. Your name and address information is used solely to fulfil orders. Information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfilment.

Contacting Us

If you contact us using the contact form on our website, by email or by telephone we will record your contact information (name, email address and / or phone number) so that we can contact you in relation to your enquiry. We will not use this information for any other purpose unless you explicitly agree to allow us to do so. If you would like us to remove your details from our database, please contact us. We will remove your details from our database within one month, in compliance with Article 17 of GDPR

Our Use of Log Files

We utilise this information to conduct site performance checks, to see where visitors are coming from and to keep track of click stream data (the screens our users visit on our site).
